Dr Eleftherios Savvas

Dr Savvas has been a partner at the Frankfurt ENT Centre since 1 July 2021.
Following a 19-year career in academia, during which he most recently served as Senior Consultant at the ENT Clinic in Münster (Westphalia) and Head of the Münsterland Cochlear Implant Centre, he now wishes to apply his expertise and experience as a practising doctor.

Dr Savvas has proven expertise across the entire surgical spectrum of ear, nose and throat medicine and head and neck surgery, including plastic and aesthetic facial surgery. His specialisms encompass the full range of ear surgery, including implantable hearing systems, cochlear implantations and stapesplasty. Furthermore, his practice covers plastic and aesthetic facial surgery (septorhinoplasty, blepharoplasty) and endoscopic and microscopic sinus and orbital surgery. Dr Savvas has
published numerous scientific papers on these topics.

After completing his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Biology cum laude at the Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey, USA, in 1994, Dr Savvas studied medicine at the University of Hamburg, followed by a specialisation in Otorhinolaryngology at the Catholic Marienhof Hospital in Koblenz. Dr Savvas has been a specialist in ear, nose and throat medicine since 2008 and also holds the additional qualifications awarded by the Medical Association in ‘plastic surgery’, ‘allergology’ and ‘manual medicine’.
